Renter beware....We never got an opportunity to stay here. We got a phone call 13 days before our arrival that the cabin we had reserved months ago was no longer available. Something about how the cabin was independently owned and the owner was no longer affiliated with Dollywood cabins.I call foul. What good is a reservation if it doesn't hold the cabin? Can any of these "independently owned" units back out last minute, jack the price up on their own, and then list it themselves on another site?My family lived in East Tennessee for a decade and we spent several years loving Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and the mountains. This was going to be our first time back in several years and we were all looking so forward to it. Now, we will be lucky to find room at Motel 6 with this late notice. This is not the kind of service I'm used to from Dollywood and affiliates.

Roach Motel. We stayed at the Bear Cove Cabins 1 month after they found out there was a cockroach problem. It would have been nice to be notified and rescheduled before we drove across the country from Texas. We were scared to eat, scared to sleep, and on edge the entire time. Giving a 1 star purely because there was a good view from the cabin, air hockey, and pool table.

Zero stars if I could! !!!Read this!!!DO NOT STAY AT STARR CLIFF LODGEDangerous and if you get hurt it’s on you!!!!I have stayed at Dollywood cabins now3 times and this time bear cove took overLet’s start with the major! My foot/leg went directly thru the deck. This was a $4,000 cabin rental and I went thru the deck, hurt like crazy. They did make repair next day quickly.Beds were horrendous they sink to middleAC doesn’t work, had to have a repair person come fix this ( stuff happens )Hot tub overflows onto lower deck making it unusableHot tub repair person came and his exact words ( they opted to fix it cheaply vs the right way meaning you could couldn’t create bubbles or pump correctly )FRIDGE handle is being held by DUCT tapeDeck is dangerous with many soft spots still!, when I told them about this, I was told that in the “contract” they aren’t responsible for any injuries!Outlet covers exposed!Door knob on bathroom fell off! They could care less about safety! I have so many photos all it is is about $$$ to themLook I understand stuff happens but there is ZERO excuse for going thru a deck and they have a excuse and it’s in there contract!Only positive is the view is good and the game room!

Great location and close to everything. We stayed at Your Paws Up unit with a hot tub, was a nice new place, clean and new.

First off, the office staff was very friendly and the location is great. The cleanliness of the cabin however was severely lacking. The kitchen sink had food stuck to it from the previous occupants. There was a thick layer of dust in corners and on shelves. When the couch was reclined you could see thick dust and good that had been dropped and never cleaned up. For the company and the price, I expected better.

Really disappointed in Dollywood Cabins cancellation. It cost me $243.85 to cancel our reservation 3 months in advance of when we were supposed to go. It is not just the $95 non-refundable reservation fee. Plan on adding 8% of the total cost of your trip. What a ripoff for 3 months notice. When we reschedule to visit this area I will go with an alternative arrangement.

Great place to stay. My cabin was 5 min from theme park so that was very convenient. The cabin was also very clean and safe.

Have a wonderful experience, everything was super clean and neat, I went with my husband and we have a great time we even feel like kids playing ping pong, air hockey and pool it was super fun. Love that they have a washing machine and dryer which was handy since we were traveling for a few days before getting there ti visit Dollywood. The view was amazing, will love to go back in Christmas!?

First and foremost our cabin had hardly any water in the hot tub we were charged to use to where it was spraying you in the eyes from the Jets. There were coke bottle lids in it from the people before us which was God only knows how long because it was filthy dirty with spiders weds and dirt so bad you barely wanted to touch it. Yes I took many pictures. The balcony was so loose the maintenance man on call said he couldn't even fix it he had to rig it until someone more qualified could get to it. So it was very dangerous especially for the children. There were screws through the wood that didn't even fit. Again I have pictures, there were so many webs inside the cabin we were bit 7/8 times within hours of being there so we were breakfast lunch and dinner to spiders of all kinds. I have videos of them just walking on the stairs. The TV kept shutting off on its own which made it hard to watch. They charged me a HIDDEN cleaning fee but told us we had to do the dishes and take out all garbage before we left which we did and again took pictures. We couldn't use the hot tub but one night and was charged each night for the hot tub. They charged us for an accidental damage fee which not one thing was damaged again we took pictures of it all. We did not enjoy this cabin and only stayed in it to sleep. We used the hot tub the last night we were there but so worried about the balcony we didn't stay in it long at all. I am so beyond disappointed in this cabin and thought so much more of Dollywood before this experience. I will make sure to let everyone know. When I called and ask for a manager they refused to get on the phone and offered a 3rd of my money back but emailed me two different prices I was charged I will be having that checked into. I have stayed at hotels for less than 100 a night that was way better than Dollywood cabins. A very sad experience for sure.

Very disappointing, cabin was falling apart, bugs and alot of maintenance repairs needed addressed and parking was horrible. Told office of all the issues, she didn't care! We paid $1100 for three nights and wasn't worth $70 a night! We won't be back and we will be calling corporate!

This could only be described as moving into a dream cabin with unparalleled sunset views from every room. The facility it's is a freestanding log and timber house with polished wood everywhere one looks.

This review is for God’s County. The views are amazing and it has great potential to be one of the best cabins. There were a few things we noticed like, there were things under the couches and beds like they hadn’t been cleaned in a bit. Dust, toys, paper… things like that. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. The tubs had some mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. If it wasn’t for this it would be a 5 star, without a doubt. We kind of let it slide because the cabin was out of power for a few days because of a snow storm so maybe they were in a hurry to get things ready, but, even in a hurry these details make a big difference in a persons stay. The drive up the mountain can be a deal breaker for some, but for us it was totally worth it for the million dollar Mountain Views.

NO. X&OAdvertised as Serene and secluded, they took that off the website after my office visit.Dusty, dead Asian lady bugs under chairs that we had to move because the X’s & O’s cabin was leaking in the rain. It came through an upstairs window, ran down 12’ by the pool table dripping horribly down in the living room across to the kitchen. French door to deck was leaking as well. I asked to. Be moved to a different cabin and they had none available. I have autistic granddaughter that was my biggest concern falling. Security brought towels. No help till Monday they said. You could here every word from one floor to the next when your in bed. Gave me only $242 back on a $600 a night cabin.
