Had the best experience here tonight. My husband has a job interview tomorrow and he can only wear size large tall. Eddie Bauer is one of the only places we know that keeps his size in stock to grab something immediately. We went in with no idea what to get and Arthur was on the spot with helping him find exactly what he needed for his interview. Can't say enough great things about Arthur and all his help. The sales in the store were unbelievable! We will definitely be back.

Very nice sale, Store beautifully laid out and not overcrowded with merchandise. Excellent staff, and in particular Melissa at the front. She and a gentleman were extremely helpful in finding some items and even went to the back where stock was being shifted out.

My girlfriends and I traveled from Chattanooga to spend the weekend and did some shopping yesterday on 8/4/24. This crew at Five Oaks in Sevierville, TN is the BEST! I can't begin to express the awesome customer service we received from each person, including the store manager, Arthur! Thank you for making these Golden Girls shopping day extra special. Of all the stores we visited, YOUR store stood out as THE BEST! Thank you, again. We will stop by on our next trip!

I had the best experience at the Eddie Bauer store in Sevierville, TN today. In addition to finding some excellent deals, let me just say the staff are awesome!!! So helpful and friendly. John Balutis went above and beyond to help me recover and return a lost earring. I can’t thank you enough, John?

The employees are exceptional in welcoming you into the store, helping by taking items to the fitting rooms for you, and if they don't have your size in a certain item, they will contact other stores and have it shipped to you for free.

Maybe some deals on the clearance rack, but all of the things they had in store that I compared to the Eddie Bauer website, were cheaper on the website. Even after the supposed % off in store.
