On 10/23/23 ( Monday )I dropped off my son’s Nintendo Switch cause he forgot it in my truck and I didn’t realize it until I was 6 hours away. So I decided to stop by this FedEx office to send it back to my son in NC. They told me that the package will be delivered in 3 days. That didn’t happen. Then I got a notification that the package will be delivered on 10/27. That Friday I got a notification that the package was delivered without any proof like a picture they usually sent. When my older daughter got back from school I asked to look for the package and she couldn’t find it. So I asked her to go and check the house where they usually leave my packages, yes; THEY ALWAYS DELIVERED MY PACKAGES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS EVEN WHEN I LEFT INSTRUCTIONS IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER THEY DELIVERED MY FIRST PACKAGE AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. Well, the package wasn’t there either. I called costumer service and all the said was that they will open an investigación. Long story short; I stay on top of the situation and keep calling them. Finally they told me that they were not able to locate the package and that I had to make a claim. When I tried to do that online, it kept kicking me out so I was never able to make a claim. When I call them back asking for help to make a claim, they told me that that department was closed and that I have to call back the next day which was this past Friday November 3rd 2023. I wasn’t able to call that they because of work. And yesterday Saturday November 4th 2023, my son video called me to show me that his Nintendo was delivered. FedEx never sent me an updated about the package been found or delivered. Now, that I should be glad because the package was delivered?! Yes, I am for my 10 year old son. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't been on top of them? And the fact the they closed the investigación and the package appeared out of the blue?! That’s pretty interesting.I’m just wondering if they employees keep stuff when they know what it is and just wait for the costumers to see if they file a claim or not.

I am a small business owner and sell firearms. FedEx has delivered firearms to anyone that is available to sign for the package. When I attempted to elevate the concerns of a driver dropping off a firearm with anyone that can sign for a package, I was laughed at by the FedEx supervisor and then experienced extreme delays with my deliveries. Apparently, the FedEx supervisor does not recognize the severity of leaving a package with just anyone and lacks professionalism. I have never experienced this with UPS or USPS.

After dealing with Staples in the copy center, I have my copies done at FedEx. They are always nice to me and personal. They try to please.

I went in yesterday with a very large package. The 2 Gentlemen that helped me were very courteous and professional. After I left I realized I made a mistake in the shipping details. I called the store and they told me how we could resolve this. They were very courteous in helping me fix my error. Thank you again.

FedEx in Kodiak Tennessee is the worst company to ship anything through. I had a package from Smokey Mountain Knife Works shipped to me which is an hour away and it has taken them seven days to get me the package. When I could have drove up there in an hour and bought it and brought it home in an hour that shows how slow and undependable and just plain out disgraceful this business is they neglect everything that comes through their facility they tell you it'll be there on a certain day and then 6 days later you get it so I will not give them any stars because I would give them negative Stars if I could because they are the most incompetent company that I have ever dealt with if you are thinking about using FedEx do not use FedEx you will not get your package until your old and gray.

Who ever the girl was running it today is the rudest woman I've ever met. No class what so ever. Will be shipping ups from now on at least going in there they are friendly. This girl should not be working w any customer. Terrible service and one hell of an attitude. Sarcastic and out right rude. If she is unhappy with her job it clearly shows. If she's this pleasant daily my lord I feel for anyone who has to deal w her. Fed ex you should fire this girl. Read the reviews. Rude...rude..rude even shipping fed ex to postal. I'll ship from postal now and not deal w her.

I came here in March 31st the girl who was there treated my aunt and me really bad she was all over the place and she was rude, she asked us to verify if she had written the address right and it was wrong she got mad and started to groan and then we noticed that the name was also written wrong when I told her she didn’t care at all and just told me that she could write it again with pen I mean I’m paying for this the least you can do is do it right is you don’t like doing that then don’t worry there. She also tried intimidating me because I’m way younger than her but my aunt told me that when they do that to just speak louder to let them know that they are not intimidating me, she didn’t send the paper neither did anything, I hope they get a better service
