“Here on a vacation and was looking for a week membership (they have it). The equipment is tight but there's plenty of selection. I will say that members don't know how to rack weights (major pet peeve). Dumbbells go up to 150 which is a rarity and appreciated. The cable machines could use a tube up. The seated rows drag as to the push down. The elliptical machines move smoothly, older machines have a tendency to move "hurky jerky". These were pretty good. And there were plenty of cleaning stations. And I was grateful for that.”

“Top notch gym. It is kept very clean and sanitary. The amenities are endless. I decided to get a trainer and Christi is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and very motivating. I have already lost 13 pounds training with her in a little over a month, and I feel better than I have felt in years physically and mentally. I am very grateful for the ladies in the childcare center also. Although ALL the ladies in there are angels, special thanks to Cassandra and Tabitha. My daughter is in their care the most.
