Shopping at Loft was such a pleasant experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything displayed perfectly. Prices were clearly marked, and the staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I left feeling valued as a customer and will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.

Jenn was very rude and disrespectful to me and my friend while we were in there shopping to the point we left our stuff and left the store. We will never ever return here again. She kept making rude remarks to us staring at us and she yelled at me friend telling my friend she was to ugly for that outfit she was gonna buy. If this is the customer service ya’ll are gonna have then I suggest ya’ll close the doors because we will never return and I have shared our experience via facebook and it seems she has done this to several other people as well. I will not shop with a store who has this level of customer service. Corporate will be called ASAP

This store has a large selection of clothes for women. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The store is also very clean.

Good selection of clearance merchandise. While it seems like the items available aren't as varied as they used to be, it's still possible to find some cute stuff.
