Just know when buying a washer or dryer from them your not actually buying it from them, you are buying it from a 3rd party company that has horrible policies where they will not replace defective products unless you purchase a whole new product. They will bring you a broken device and then make you jump through hoops just to try and make it right. I recommend not purchasing any appliances from this company because they only want your money and do not care one bit about there costumers!!!!!!!!!! Beware !!!!!!!

Was treated terribly as soon as I walked up to the return counter. Denied a refund because I had no receipt. It’s one thing to comply to company policy but another to treat people badly. Work on your customer service Lowe’s.

Jenny in Sevierville went above and beyond to help me with a webber grill delivery. The Manager was also helpful too.She was available to take my phone calls excellent service ..solved my problem right away. Thank You Jenny!!

The BEST lowes in east TN. There is ALWAYS someone asking if they can help or that will help. Many of the other locations seem to have no one on the store...because it is so hard to get help. We drive to this location , even though it is NOT the closest because of the service you get here!!!

I have done a lot of shopping at Lowe's in the past .They installed self checkouts and when I first used one I was pleased that it was so easy .That was only time the other 8-10 times as soon as I started using checkout an employee walks right behind me and literally starts jabbering telling me how to use it .One some items u had to punch in upc code and employee stood right behind me reading numbers outloud as l was doing it .As soon as you scan items you have to read prompts on screen to finish.I can read but wasn't able to with her behind me .
