Dawn was simply stellar she was easy to approach and talk too. I truly enjoyed my first experience at pandora getting myself a bracelet and charms. We spoke about family careers and relocating we laughed and might I add spent money haha but I loved it loved it loved it. Next time I visit Gatlinburg I will make a stop to see her the man working along side her was very helpful as well!!

Shopping for gifts while on vacation, group of 5 and they only allowed 2 into the store , even though we’re siblings shopping for mom. The other 3 had to wait outside in the rain.

Payed a total of $307 for mine n my husband rings in march bc we got married 7/29/23 well we only wore r ring 1day n stones was coming out of his n mine turned my finger greenWe tried to get r money back but it was past 30days all they could offer was a exchange like get a different ring

Very bad service, I bought a ring because they told me it was gold and it wasn't, I went to talk to the manager and he said he couldn't do anything for me! THEY ARE SELLING POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!

Stopped by today to see about exchanging a charm my girlfriend got for Christmas. The person limiting entry to the store asked what we were doing there before we were allowed in. When we stated we were exchanging a charm they asked if we had the receipt. We gave the email it was purchased under. After literally a second the comment was made there sure were a whole lot of orders but they couldn't find one for that charm. That's fine, let me check with the manager. Manager said no and they don't need to come in. Just take it up with customer service. But the policy is... Nope call customer service. Ok I did... And I'll never be in that store again .

Went in and received great service from the girl who helped us. She was super sweet, patient and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Everything was perfect until what I assume was the manager arrived. I was blown away by how rude and condescending he was to the staff. He didn’t even acknowledge us except to walk between us, as if we were in his way. Then he berated both of them about things that could have been addressed after we left. He has no business being a manager, not only because he was just rude, but we were in the store! I felt horrible for those girls. They don’t deserve to be talked to that way. Do better Pandora.
