Couldn’t have been happier with the service or the food. They had two guys working. One was cooking and the other was taking orders. Robert, I believe was the cook. Food was absolutely amazing. They are generous with their food and we went back there 3 times in a few days. It was around $30 for two sandwiches with fries and drink. A little expensive but definitely worth it for sure. I just wish we lived closer to come here more often!

Penn Station subs are downright delicious. Small sub place but big value. I think the fries are the best around and better than any other fast food chains. They have a big basket of potatoes and take them to cut them in a fry maker and pop them in fryer. Can't get any fresher than that. Subs cooked fresh right in front of customers on the grill. Yummy stuff. I just go by and pick up a cup of fries, and that satisfies my hunger.

Only one person working and one sitting down in small office. Maybe on break. It was kind of busy. Food was great but when you have to wait almost an hour for a sub it's a little ridiculous. Maybe they need to let customers know there is going to be a long wait due to staffing issues.

The person was too quick to take our order. Impolite.I asked for everything on my sandwich. I only got mayonnaise. I wanted everything on it they had.She rushed, rushed, I went back to her asked her to add it on my sandwich, she gave me a side dish to dip my sandwich into. Plus charged me $30 for two regular, bad of chips, 2 large teas. Sorry lost a customer.Wheelchair accessibility: Need a larger door. Hearing disabled, patient employees. I think she was on recreational drugs.

Always understaffed. Food is decent, but don’t expect them to be paying enough people to get it finished in a reasonable time.

They have a passable cheesesteak. It is cooked well, the toppings are good with provolone and the bread is almost perfect.It was not as clean as I would like and I felt a little rushed because I wasn't sure what I wanted.I would eat here again mostly because it reminds me of home. For some unknown reason, it is very difficult to find decent cheesesteaks outside of Philly.The fries were perfect though. Hot, fresh, brown and salty

All floors were sticky or slippery. Ran out of CO2 and napkins. Food was good, service was too. The cashier was very nice, bathrooms were sticky.

I visited this location from Georgia the sandwiches are so good. Cook did her thing making my sandwich wish I could eat here 3 or 4 times a week
