RadioShack is a helpful and friendly store that goes above and beyond to assist customers. They can solve problems quickly and are very kind and courteous. Customers appreciate that the staff perseveres to resolve challenges, even difficult ones. The store is especially useful for unique needs, like finding hard-to-get power cord adapters for medical devices. Overall, RadioShack provides great customer service and is highly recommended for those nearby Gatlinburg.
Radio Shack saved our vacation! We didn't have the power cord adapter for my husband's cpap machine he uses for sleep apnea! None of the medical supply stores in the area stock these. they must be special ordered ... Thank God for Radio Shack!
