RadioShack is a helpful and friendly store that goes above and beyond to assist customers. They can solve problems quickly and are very kind and courteous. Customers appreciate that the staff perseveres to resolve challenges, even difficult ones. The store is especially useful for unique needs, like finding hard-to-get power cord adapters for medical devices. Overall, RadioShack provides great customer service and is highly recommended for those nearby Gatlinburg.
Jeff provided a great experience, and sent me out the door with some great stuff that I can only get a Radio Shack.. I wish Radio Shack were open nearby in Georgia and South Carolina.
