I had an appointment for a diagnosis on a severe oil leak that my “Black Betty Jr” a Honda CRV had. I got a call within the hour telling me what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. I held my breath as I waited for the verdict. 500$ for them to fix not one but TWO oil leaks, AND replaced my Serpentine belt along with an oil change. I dropped her off at 8:30 this morning and I’m sitting in their parking lot writing this review at 12:34 pm. Now I’m off to grab some lunch with my unexpected EXTRA money I have left over.

I was referred to Rick’s from a local auto parts store in Sevierville TN. I called them and was able to get me in that same morning!!! Being from Wisconsin on vacation, I was grateful that they could get me in so quickly. The service Technician was able to ease my concern of a possible wheel bearing on my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado going out. He took it for a test drive and found no noise or play in the wheel. No repairs were necessary, but was assured that if anything else came up they would find time to get me in before the trip home. If I could give them 10 STARS I would!!! Highly recommend Rick’s in Sevierville TN!!!!
