About RiverView Inn
The RiverView Inn offers a great location close to the attractions of Pigeon Forge without the traffic. Many rooms are newly remodeled, described as very clean with air that works well, a large TV, a pretty big refrigerator, and a small microwave. Some rooms include a hot tub. The setting is peaceful, with views of the river and horses across from it, and it is quiet with not a lot of noise. There is so much within walking distance, including restaurants and stores. The staff is super friendly and helpful. While some find the rooms a bit dark and dated, and note that pools are sometimes closed, it is generally considered an amazing value for the rate.
Staff amazingly friendly. Room clean and put together. Not a luxury room by any means but it's definitely an amazing value.

They had two swimming pools that were not open due to health Hazards and my granddaughter was disappointed that we did not have a swimming pool.The rooms are dark and dated . They were clean. They only clean their rooms at your checkout date.But I'll never allow a nice motel.

I paid for the room online on their website when I got there they charged me additional money and would not refund it and gave me no real explanation as to why and hardwood floor was filthy my feet stayed black no matter what I did the general manager owner whoever it was was extremely rude to my
