Great, honest mechanic with fair prices. Regarding the review stating little hard to find; it's a bit off the beaten path, (not bad compared to a lot of places in these hills!), but GPS takes us straight there.

Russ and Rick were the best! They were friendly and squeezed me in. Being out of town, we were not surprisingly distressed that we encountered car trouble. I called them and they acknowledged that they couldn't promise us they could help, but had me bring the car to them. With a pit in my stomach, I arrived and they quickly diagnosed the problem, but then warned me finding parts might be an issue. Again, they worked quickly and found them! Our next obstacle was getting the work done, as it was the day before the 4th of July! However, 48 hours later, we got the call that the car was ready! We are so grateful, not only for the professional work they did on our car, but how welcoming and genuine they are. We HIGHLY recommend them!!

The guys here are very efficient in what they do and very friendly. I came in on a weeks vacation to Gatlinburg and my rear-end in my pickup went out and they had me up and running in 2 days with a brand new rear-end with a nationwide warranty. If im ever in the area again and needing work done no doubt 5hey are my first choice.

Russ and the other gentlemen at Rule Hollow Automotive were AMAZING! I was visiting for vacation and had an issue with my radiator. I called 18 other places before Russ agreed to look at my car. The team there looked at the car, found a part in Knoxville and had it repaired by the end of the day. AMAZING SERVICE!!!
