This is the worst place to shop as far as rude, aggressive employees.As soon as you walk in the door they are asking what they can help you find, instead of a simple hello, and then give the customer a chance to look around.But they will hound you if you spend more than 5 minutes looking around like they are suspicious of you.I kept saying, no thank you, but I will ask if I need help.That just made it worse.I finally said the he'll with this I will check out what I have and order online where I don't have to be hounded or watched suspiciosly.I only have this problem at the Sevier location

Today, I had a really bad experience at Sallys Sevierville TN, which is not normal for this location. One of the employees kept watching me, I had my car keys and debit card, no purse or pockets for shoplifting!! She approached me to see if she could help, I told her I was looking for a curling brush, I had the smallest one that I had taken out of the box (not the plastic) to look at and determine if it was the correct one for my short curly hair, instead of actually helping me she took the curling iron and box out of my hands and told me customers weren't supposed to do this as they can't sale it - ummm not true, the box was not sealed and there was no customer service here! Employees have helped me in the past and have taken items such as this out of the box to look at and I have always purchased these items. I shop there often and have never been treated like this. And yes, I walked out and Sally's you lost a sale because of this employee's lack of customer service skills!!

Toady I had a really bad experience at Sallys, which is really strange, because prior, I'd always had great experiences. Today it took awhile to get some help, but the girl was short, & rude, & made me feel like leaving, even though I needed items, & needed some advice. Instead of making me feel comfortable, listening, & then offering some different options, she was very short with me, & kept telling me what I was saying before I had even finished, & answering my questions. I shop there often, & hope I won't have to deal with something like this again. I was trying to find some different options, & was made to feel like i was wasting her time.

I like this sallys because the young lady that works there ( I forgot to ask her name) doesn't try to push things on ypu that you don't need just to get more out of you.

I waited for the cashier to finish her transaction so I wouldn’t interrupt her and asked for a specific brand of hair dye I needed today. So she gives me an attitude and says “we don’t sell that garbage here. That dye never comes out of your hair. That’s Walmart stuff” to which I respond “Yeah it never comes out. That’s the point??” —So I don’t have to keep re-dying and damaging my hair like I used to. I had no need to ask her anything else. I’d rather get all my garbage anywhere else over her garbage attitude. Absolutely rude .

You charge me twice and the lady got upset bc I asked to refund the charge she said she could not do it She gave me a phone number to call to fix it my self. What the !!

I shop here regularly and know the hours and where the stuff I use is. Today I went to try and purchase some color and got there at 7:44 pm to find the doors were locked already and the girl working mouthed she was closed through the window. I realize it was close to closing time but I knew exactly what I needed and could be in and out in 45 seconds flat. Is this gonna be a regular thing? This is the most convenient location for me but if this is gonna be consistent I will definitely have to go somewhere else
