“As a current employee at this daycare for 4 years now, I can truly say that it is an incredibly amazing center. I have experienced traveling to several different daycare centers and I would proudly give this one the highest praise. The kids are taken care of and loved by each teacher (who are all VERY carefully selected, interviewed, and trained properly). Every single lady on staff is like family, the managers are wonderful, and after being bought by OTTER this past year, huge changes and improvements have been made; with so many more still to come. Staff receive flexibility with scheduling, state required training and opportunities for additional training, support from the management team, and a positive work environment. Children receive nurturing, education through a curriculum appropriate for their age group, a variety of balanced meals, plenty of time for free play and exploration, a consistent daily schedule, reassurance, and most importantly, safety when in our care. The classrooms are all clean and organized with lots of room and tons of toys, books, puzzles, and activities. I know each individual teacher personally makes it a top priority to insure that the kids in our center are happy, safe, cared for, and loved on. We are always looking for ways to improve and make things even better for families, children, and staff. It’s such a joy to be a part of this company!”
