I did have to call to confirm that everything was finalized after receiving what seemed to be another delayed automated text, but Rachelle was kind, professional, and very helpful. Overall, I had a positive experience.”

Can load my truck up and be in and out in a few minutes flat. Gate and security seems solid and I have never had any issues.”
“Started out at Public Storage and was hit with fee after fee then to be told the rent amount could change at anytime...with only a 30 day notice. Who wants to deal with moving what you put in Storage if your rent increases...so went online and luckily found Affordable Storage Guys. Yes! As the names says very affordable! Public storage was over $200 move in cost while Affordable Guys was only $56!!! Hunter was the representative that helped us over the phone and he made it easy! With in about 15 mins we were unloading into our storage unit! Oh and it came with a smart lock so no $22 fee for a lock like Public Storage wanted! I would highly recommend Affordable Guys storage! 4 Stars for sure!!!”
“I got one female named kim or ken and she was super rude and i did not like her. I got another named i believe stephanie and she helped me out and explained everything well but she didnt follow through with what she said she would do. Then i got someone names ashley and she was a delight she joked with me and was able to help me out and seemed very informed on her job. I absolutely adore her if you ever call in i recommend talking to her. She is absolutely wonderful. Kwep up the good work!!”
“Just a question, why would you only give 2 stars simple because they have no units? If they don't have a unit I need I wouldn't give them a bad rating, I would move on. After doing 20 years in the Navy and doing a few moves I have seen plenty of full storage lots.”
