“I had a unit here for 2 years. Shelly is amazing. I needed a unit quick due to divorce and she got me this quick. She was very understanding the whole time I had my stuff here. I had a bulb go out near my unit and that got fixed quickly. She always answered my text and calls quick and professionally. The rate of my unit was very reasonable compared to all places I called. I had a controlled temperature unit. Never seen any bugs and the area my unit was in was always clean. I felt safe there whatever time of day I had to go. She worked with prorating the amount since I gave her 30 days to move my stuff out then since I moved sooner she still adjusted it to nothing. I will always rent here and refer people to use this storage facility.”
