STAY AWAY. What a joke. Worst snow storm in a couple years and they quoted $1000 to pull me off the side of the road after sliding on ice, “just for coming out”. Probably just because I had a FL area code they thought they could take advantage. Much rather watch the ice melt then give them any business.

Worst wrecker service I've ever dealt with.. The father in law to the owner needs find his way back in the holler, incompetent and inconsiderate obviously in this line of work some cases result in loss of life and/or serious injury they aren't equipped to deal with the things they encounter to say the least! God bless

HOW was my Experience?? EXPENSIVE!!! VERY EXPENSIVE!! My advice would be to BRING CASH they have NO Card Reader/NO A.T.M. machine on Site. Comparing Our Short drive to and from a near by A.T.M. machine, time waiting to receive our change, walking on site to retrieve our car, it seemed to have taken LESS TIME and was a SHORTER DISTANCE than the car was EVEN Towed. The guy ( I Assumed was the manager) who had to be called from his office to give us change from his OWN WALLET Seemed very Annoyed and wouldn't even speak to us. Considering that the guy who waited on us, and walked us to our car was Pleastant and there was No damage done to the car during the towing i would give this experience a 2 Two Star?

I'm not to happy with the Sevierville county wrecker service.. I was charged $300 for a minor automobile accident to there inpound lot.. Wrecker employee then lost my key fob till I sent a new one after a week of $$$ daiily inpound fees .. poor communication problems they would NEVER return my phone call..then another $300 to the Sevierville TN Ford garage to be fixed..
