Great place, has everything. But a heads up. Today I asked for a repair on my generac generator, the reply was “we only repair what we sell “. I also asked if they had any generators to sell, the reply was “only very small generators “. These two men were very cold in response and no smile at all.

Have been wanting to visit here since we moved here a year ago. We were surprised to see the many selections they provide, Its comparable to Home Depot. but a broader selection of farming items. They even have a cat adoption area and pet supplies. The shoe and boot selections are great as well.

They will NOT service your Cub Cadet mower unless it is model year 2020 or later. Just another reason the co-op is absolutely useless.

Great place to find speciality pet foods. They also have all sorts of great things from toys to clothing. Go visit!

The service department is no help, came to get parts for my mower and the only person who can order parts for a 3 year old BobCat mower is off today..and both employees working there couldnt not help with anything..very disappointing and confusing, everytime I come to check out this co op it's almost like they don't like dealing with small business guys who mow...? That's the vibe I get here..anyway stores nice, but really bad customer service especially in the service department..sorry a bad review, I normally leave good reviews but this time the experience here really rubbed me the wrong way...

We have been doing business with Smoky Mountain Farmers Cooperative for almost 6 years but that came to an end this week. Just over 2 years ago we were shopping for a riding mower. Our son had a bad experience with one cycinder Briggs & Stratton engines having a failure three times shortly after the warranty was up with his Poulon mower, where the compression release (they put a small starter on that can't crank the engine without releasing compression) breaks, we asked if this was an issue with the engine used in Husquavarna. We were told that Briggs & Stratton fixed the issue so we bought a mower. Two years and 3 weeks later, our mower faced the same issue as what our son had experienced. Of course the warranty just expired so they wanted $500 to repair. We said no.Lets back up to the day we bought it. We faced issues day one with the mower. They gave it to us with a wheel bent so it wasn't even driving straight, and the mower deck was tilted. They did come onsite to fix these things which was good of them, but how did this even get past their quality control in that condition???? We have had other issues with this mower as well and when it was in their shop they had it for weeks. We are replacing it and giving it away.

I have purchased horse feed there for twenty years. Their farm staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have been treated rudely at the auto outside area. I have always bought my tires there. Reconsidering that.

Lots of variety. Aside from the normal feed and animal supplies It has alot of merchandise with farm related graphics. I think I even saw stuff that said Sevierville or smokey mountains on it. Worth checking out

BEWARE! Small engine repair $90 an hour for Labor now!!! Dropped off 3 weed eaters and two blowers. “4.5 hours of labor” needed tune up and some parts. $800 total. Perhaps their small engine repair people have Medical Doctor education.

The staff was very helpful in finding the right product I was looking for to be used for getting rid of a stump. They took the time to help me with finding the right product and didn't give up until we found it.

My zero turn mower needed the blades sharpened, I left them and came back a week later to pick them up. Very sharp and balanced. Also needed grass seeds several times and bought 20 lbs. reasonable prices. They also have no trespassing signs.

For the record I have never left a review for a company but this has to be said to warned people. Let me start by saying I’ve been going to co-op for the past two years for oil changes and I’ve never had an issue. In the middle of November I went down and had them check my breaks and rotors. Got a call a couple hours later saying two of them were bad and the other two are okay. I told them to go ahead and change them all because they said it would be $612 when most places are charging 700-800. Had to go back the next week because they were squealing horribly. Now they’re fixed they said. Everything was fine until 3-4 days later when the squealing came back and now the most god awful scrubbing sound you could possibly imagine has started and had to take it back the week after that. This time (3rd time) was told the staff wasn’t trained properly on doing breaks and the main mechanic was working on it. Finally someone with experience working on it! Need I say I have two kids, a wife, one vehicle and we both have to use my car daily so sounding like a whale screaming going down the road has been a nightmare. Was told by the main mechanic he promised it’s fixed now. Well after 5-6 days the scrubbing has returned worst than ever, car shaking, pure embarrassment driving my car around and the 4th time having to go to co-op I told them to just give me my money back and they will never touch my vehicle again. If you have a family that you drive in your car that you love and cherish do not take your car here. I wouldn’t even take a vehicle to get the windshield wipers replaced. As of 12-19-22 I’m refunded my money and as of 12-20-22 had to get all new breaks and rotors done by five oaks tire repair and was told by them they put the cheapest parts they’ve ever seen on my car. Please don’t take your vehicle here.
