I went to this gas station, trying to use my points. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. Wouldn’t let me into my points. I like to save as much money as I can and I asked the lady what her name was and if I could speak to a manager, she said she was the manager so I left and I called and the man answer the phone. I asked who the manager was. He said he was the manager so I asked him why his lady the lady that was behind the cash register saying she was the manager he told me he was going to call me back his wife he met his wife is on the phone I feel as I was treated with disrespect was not heard I lost out on my savings

Got the lights shut off on me while I was pumping gas alone. Way to keep it safe. Open 24 hours? It’s not even 10pm. Looks like this guy has closed.

Some friends and I were visiting the area for the weekend. We came to this gas station twice during our trip. Whoever the cashier lady is that stands closest to the window has no form of customer service skills. When I entered the store and looked to the right she was just staring with the meanest look on her face. When I paid for my gas she didn’t speak. I just walked up and asked for 60 on pump 9. She slapped my receipt on the counter and still didn’t say anything. They really need to consider moving her to the back to work because customers want to feel welcomed and comfortable in any establishment.

People cussed at my sister after saying bathroom has so toilet paper 2 times and banging on door lady at register laughed and thought it was funny if I could give no stars I would they looked cracked out and were very angry at everything like it’s not their job to stock the restrooms.

As a customer I was treated with disrespect. The cashier never offered a receipt to me. The pump I paid to pump my gas on offered one option, the most expensive gas for $5.69 per gallon and I wasn't able to pick the pump with the most affordable price per gallon. I asked another customer if his pump was working and he told me it was. I go into the Shell Station which is " Franchised owned," to ask the cashier about the pump as her shift was ending for the day. The cashier who was to take her place answered me when I asked the question if they knew the pump wasn't working right. The new cashier said they didn't know. I explained that I only had one choice for gas which is 0% Ethynol which is very expensive. The new cashier tells me that I should have come back into the store. I just want you to be aware. I even explained that I didn't get a receipt for either of my purchases. By her reactions towards me she was angry, although she printed out the receipt for the purchase for gas. I will not be a customer at this location again. I felt bad vibes in this place of business from the very beginning and upon re-entering this store. I just want to warn people who may not be of the same ethnicity.

Lady was extremely nice at the customer service I've been here a few times and have been welcomed I just discovered they have great coffee too it also was an easier option to make my coffee then my previous location so I will be back as a regular to receive my coffee and just want to say thank you
