Very hard for an old man to blow in this device, and very distracting while driving... The guys at smart start are great....but this device is absolutely terrible and could cause a wreck.... Not there fault...but State of Tn....no bueno!!! Might as well be on my phone driving!

Got here 15 minutes early and have been waiting outside of almost 20 minutes. Why would you schedule so many people at the same time to get their calibration done?

I switched from intoxalock to smartstart, best thing i could have done,..smartstart don't have all the hidden fees that intoxalock does. My intoxalock installer did such a shady job on the install ,my car almost caught on fire,smartstart is neat and professional ,device is much easier to use and don't look like a 1980,s brick,I am totally satisfied with smartstart

My son had an appointment at 12:00 noon we got there at 11:30 I drove him. Saw a sign posted everywhere that if you're 7 minutes late you have to pay $20 extra. When 12:30 rolled around and we hadn't been called in I asked the guy if he was going to pay us $20 he got a little snippy and said he charged me $20 more. To make a long story short we waited there till 2:30 in the afternoon because the guy in front of us that he was working on his truck quit running all his lights quit working and he didn't know what to do so me and my son called another place to make appointment for in the morning
