Staples is my go-to for everything office related, tech related, and school related… I find countless options for storage, I can drop off packages I need to ship, recycle batteries, ink and toner cartridges, I can send a quick email to the store with blueprints I need printed and they are always ready when I arrive. I always find something cute for my office workspace to add to my basket. I save big with promos and earn rewards every time I make a purchase. There are lots of reasons I shop at Staples, but the most important one is because of the great people who work in our local store. Every single person I come in contact with always goes out of their way to make my shopping experience the best it could possibly be. I’m one happy shopper!

I needed a wide bed HP printer as mine had reached its end. As is my usual experience in the Staples store in my area of residence. They quickly had a reasonably priced new wide bed on its way. This is a typical occurrence in this Staples store.

I visited the Sevierville store yesterday. I was at the register with some gummie melatonin and immunity, and Caribou K-cups when I noticed all the four packages of gummies were past their "best if used by" dates. Some in 2023! They were on sale, not surprising! I'm glad I caught it before purchasing them. After leaving the store and almost home, I decided to check the K-cups, too. Lo and behold, it had a "best if used by" date of April 2024, and was not on sale! If I didn't live 30-45 min away, I would definitely return this item! This has happened to me before at this store, but I just brushed it off as I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the items. So if you decide to purchase any perishables at this store, be sure to check the expiration or "best if used by" dates! I will not be purchasing anything at this store in the future.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the store management after my review had posted. They were quick to apologize and wanted to make things right. I was refunded for the item I purchased. I greatly appreciated their quick response. This kind of business practice and concern for customer satisfaction is what will keep me coming back. Thank you Staples for keeping me as a loyal customer!

This place is the worst. Understaffed and the employees are lazy and rude. I drove 20 mins to do an Amazon return. I get there and the guy doing the returns tells me they are closed for returns bc he is in the middle of taping up boxes. I’ll pay the extra $1 and go to UPS from now on.

Bought my new laptop today! The staff assisted, showed me several models and which may be best for my small office, then he set it up for me, another lady helped me find all my accessories! I feel well equipped with the right laptop at the best price and had a great time! Thank you Sevierville TN staples tech team!

Janice was rude my mother was trying to explain that the price on the shelf said something different price which was 13.99 plus tax but a 5 dollar off sale was going Janice completely ignored my mother trying to kindly explain this I go back take a photo and go back the FedEx lady that walked out of an isle on the paper side of staples got in line after me while I was standing in the line to speak with Kelly the manager and was asked to go to the back of the line this is not the satisfactory that staples normally gives and I am beyond disappointed in the actions of these two women and as a manager she should know how to assist customers in a friendly way and not be an old bitty about it

There are a few extremely helpful staff members that I prefer to deal with. The store manager and Dylan, a tech support, are both great at customer service, providing information and problem solving. But, best of all, they don’t act like they hate their jobs. Also, the Store is always clean, stocked and they have great deals!

Top notch customer service. Our sales/tech associate, Dylan, exceeded my expectations today. However, every experience we have when shopping our local Staples Store is always very pleasant. The 'Rewards' system is great!

I visit this Staples frequently for Amazon returns and for shipping stuff via UPS. I tend to always end up buying something while I'm there as well. Every time I go the service is fantastic, it is always consistently good service. I want to commend them no matter who I'm interacting with, It is absolutely phenomenal genuine service. They are always busy when I go but they always take a moment to acknowledge you and let you know that they see you and they will be with you momentarily. I recently had a package that I was tracking and it was showing label created, but not delivered and the lady I dealt with today Stacy, went over and beyond to figure out what was going on with the package and she found a discrepancy and my package was actually delivered already. This is the kind of service you just don't find anymore these days and it needs to be recognized! The employees in this store don't skip a beat and they all need to be recognized!
