She patiently answered ALL of my calls , questions & concerns and was generous enough to collect personal belongings from the car to mail to my home address . Overall great experience !!”

“While on vacation in Sevierville TN my new Honda Odyssey had an issue with the sliding door. It only had 3400 miles on it. We were on a girls trip, had just arrived at the cabin and couldn’t drive it. Called Honda Roadside Assistance the next morning and they hooked me up with Bakers Wrecker Service. They were there within a couple of hours and got the van on a rollback. Sam was awesome. I was anxious watching him loading it questioning every move because it looked as if the tire was going to go over the edge. He was so kind and patient and reassuring and of course knew what he was doing! Sam even took the time to call me once he dropped it off at the dealership so I knew it had arrived safely.
