“Location was great service and clean and organized
Truck was clean and nice to the eye.
The rubber on the rear tire separated and I was stuck on the side of the road for hours waiting for it to be changed and I do mean hours.
When my card was charged in my opinion the company should have at least offered something for the hours I set on the side of the road waiting for the guys to come and change the tire
I must say the store and the people running the desk was great to work with on renting it.”
“My transmission let go 1000 miles from home.Paul Thomas got me a truck and trailer,and in less than 24 I was happily heading home. Thank God for people like Paul ,at over 70 years old he still shows up for work.what a work ethic he has.again THANK YOU PAUL.
