Danielle is by far one of the most unprofessional people I have come across.She was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my daughter in law when she returned her 6x12 trailer. She told her she was by herself so she would have to handle alone. My DIL asked her three times with no response if there was anyone in the building to help. Danielle handed her a jack with no instruction. The only thing she could say to my DIL was it was too heavy for her to lift, So any reasonable person would wonder how she expected my DIL to do it?! Danielle sent an elderly gentleman out to hitch up his trailer by himself as well. He had no idea what to do. He was kind enough to try to help my DIL unhitch the trailer. After he went back inside, Danielle came out to “help” my DIL, shaking her head at her as she was trying to move her vehicle. She then yelled at her. She also told my DIL “this is U-Haul, not I-Haul”. Wow.My DIL called me upset. When I called UHaul to ask the ladies name and asked if she was the one that helped, she said “maybe”. I did ask her how she expected my DIL to do it herself, she screamed at me she was by herself and too small to do it. I asked why she didn’t offer my DIL to come back when someone else could help, and she continued yelling at me. I asked her name and she hung up on me.I called back and she hung up again. Then, she left the phone off the hook.My DIL spoke with Virgil, GM of U-Haul in Seymour, who was very kind, helpful, and sympathetic. He called there to get her name, and witnessed her attitude on the phone. He gave us their bosses name and number. We still have not heard from Clay, but assume, based on reviews, he knows.My DIL is one of the kindest, most helpful human beings one could ever know. That being said no one should be treated the way my DIL was by Danielle.Do yourself a favor and go see Virgil in Seymour. He was amazing and I’m very thankful for the concern he showed my daughter in law.I am thankful for the folk in Jacksonville, NC who put the trailer on for my DIL without her even asking. She is a Navy vet, studying and about to graduate with two degrees, and had a baby while finishing her service in the Navy. My son is about to finish his service as well and so thankful they have chosen to move up here with me.I am devastated Danielle was her first interaction with the fine folk here in East Tennessee when I have bragged about the hospitality here.My rating would be no stars for this particular location, solely based on Danielle’s behavior. Shameful.

The best customer service I've ever received at a U-Haul dealer. They even went me an adjustable wrench to loosen my hitch tightener. I will definitely be returning if I need a U-Haul or rental.

Lady up front with the red hair is extremely rude to costumers in the lobby as well as yelling at a costumer on the phone (while I was in the lobby) which was calling to ask questions about a truck. She hung up on them after being on the phone for less then a minute

Had a great experience with this facility....clean facility, freindly,great response time and availability on a U-Haul.. Miss Trish was amazing she was very sweet helpful,kind and freindly lady I've had a tough time in the past dealing with U-Haul moving companies this Has definitely been the best so far..

My scheduled pick up date was July 3rd at 10:00 a.m. when I made the reservation a week ahead of time, the lady over the phone never mentioned that they were going to be closed on July 3rd and that I would have to use the UHAUL app to get my rental. I got a ride to the Uhaul pick up location, upon arrival I was made aware that their office was closed for the holiday. I called the business number to see if someone would answer to let me know how to retrieve my Uhaul rental. No one answered. By this time I was frantic because I had to move that day and already had scheduled movers to help me. There were two emergency numbers on the door, I called both of them and was unable to reach anyone. I finally decided to call the UHAUL company itself and I reached a representative whom was very nice, and notified me that I had to use the mobile app to get my Uhaul rental. By this time I had already been at the rental place for an hour trying to get help from someone. After getting off of the phone with the representative I did as I was told, downloaded the app and tried to retrieve my rental. The app is a piece of junk! It didn’t work. I’m a millennial and very tech savvy and still couldn’t get the app to work. My boyfriend even went online trying to Google how the heck do you use the Uhaul mobile app, and other people had the same issues as me. Finally the manager of the local offices called me and was very nice. I was so flustered at this point and he was able to help me get my keys. What seemed to be an easy step for him to help me, without even using the stupid app, had waisted an hour and a half of my time. The manager was very kind. I am giving you an honest opinion, I do not mean to down another persons place of business, but this situation could have been prevented if the lady on the phone would have just told me their office was going to be closed the day I called to book the Uhaul. It would have also been helpful to know that I would have to download an app to get my rental. None of this information was given to me, which caused an unpleasant experience with a lot of unnecessary time waisted. I also believe that a place of business should call to confirm an appointment and go over any necessary instructions with their customer,ESPECIALLY before a holiday where they are going to be closed. So, unfortunately I do not give this local office a good rating due to their lack of communication with customers. I have rented Uhaul multiple times, and have never had a poor experience like this one.

Used the location twice. The women who worked there was professional and very kind. She went above and beyond for me and my family in helping me be ready for the day of pickup. I haven’t had such great service from a business in awhile.

Our UHaul dealer in Sevierville, TN is royally blessed with two of the most kind and helpful employees that they could have. Danielle and Trish go beyond all expectations in service to their customers. This U-Haul Neighborhood dealer, it is probably the best in this side of East Tennessee. The knowledge and helpfulness giving by the staff was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
