I had a disappointing experience at this location. As a visitor to the city, I realized I had forgotten an essential item and opted for the drive-up order option to avoid being without it during my trip.
Unfortunately, the product I received appeared to be partially used and was sticky at the top. When I raised the concern, the employee responded with a noticeably nonchalant attitude rather than addressing the issue appropriately.
Given the situation, I requested a full refund and ultimately purchased the same product at a nearby Target.
While I appreciate the kindness and apology offered by the manager, the overall experience had already impacted my impression. I would recommend further training to ensure that employees uphold Ulta’s standards of service, helping to retain customer trust and business in the future!

Customer Care was an A+ I don't know what the ladies name is but she has pink hair! She helped my mom out so well Ulta is now her go to spots! She is starting to show age spots & that's all my mom said to this sweetest lady! It made her smile 😃 she just lost her husband of 50 years exactly so they raised each other! To see her smile deserves a hug but tysm from CeCe in Sevierville TN

Everyone has been very nice, helpful and done great jobs assisting me. Nyx is very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me in the makeup department, Coral did a on my eyebrows, and Esmeralda did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. She was very kind.

none of the workers know whats going on. they had a line all the way around the store and only one person to check people out as two workers chatted with one guest. apparently the cashier is one of the persons checking out students so they wanted to chat for 10 minutes. then we went to a different register and then the system froze. i ultimately just walked out and purchased nothing due to the way i was treated and the unpleasant experience. will never go to this ulta again.

Ulta normally is not this bad but Mother’s Day me and my mother went and had a full face service and the experience was awful. My mom has never had her makeup done before by a licensed stylist and needed some help on what to wear my mom explained she had coverage concern and the lady Esmeralda who we booked to do the makeup did a horrible job with applying the foundation. The green color corrector underneath showed through she looked sick in the face. It took a whole different worker to fix her mistake. Then after finding how to correctly do the foundation Esmeralda stated “I can not do the full service now” she literally put on contour foundation and blush and I still paid a full $50 for the so called”service”. The artist is young maybe she has not had much experience. Just taking your mom to get her makeup done on Mother’s Day was not meant to been so hard I would not recommend coming there for that service.
