My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping here our last day of vacation last week. Great selection and prices. And our cashier was extremely kind and friendly. We will be back next time we are in the Gatlinburg area.

They need more open registers. We went in here twice while visiting and both times, we had to put stuff back and leave. Waited 10-15 mins in line and only moved up 1-2 people. That’s ridiculous.

I went shopping at Under Armour last week during Black Friday. While I was there, the cashier had scanned one of my items twice. I realized this hours later and immediately called the store to ask for a refund. I was transferred to a manager who told me that they needed to check the cameras to confirm the incident, and that I would be contacted by headquarters within a week.However, a week passed and I didn't receive any contact from anyone, nor did I receive a refund. I tried to contact Under Armour's customer service, but was directed to contact the store again. Unfortunately, they had no record of the incident being reported. It seems like the paper with my contact information and transaction details may have been thrown away.As a customer, I am very disappointed by the lack of training, accountability, and proper management at Under Armour. I urge other customers to double-check their receipts before leaving the store, to avoid similar issues.

Decent selection here. May have been a better selection at one time, but it appeared they were opening another store and splitting things up a bit, so it may be better going forward.

4 staff members looked at me when entering the store but never welcomed me or asked if I needed assistance. **Note to local residents, Under Armor does not support giving local residents discounts for shopping at their store. I recommend shopping online for a better selection and discounts.

Very crowded this time of year but we got great deals. Most items were 40% off including shoes. Be sure you watch the prices at check out to make sure they are accurate.

It's a big store, but unfortunately there were only a very very few items there that were carried in my husband's size. We bought one item, and couldn't find much else in his size except other colors/patterns of the exact same item.

We went shopping at the Under Armor outlet store and found an amazing deal on hats.My wife and I live to wear ball caps, and they were 50% off.The caps ranged in price from $30 to $21 and then half off.We also got a sweatshirt for $20.
