The UPS Store in Sevierville is a locally owned business offering packing, shipping, printing, mailbox services, notary, shredding, and faxing. The store has seen significant improvement, with a new group of employees who are respectful, friendly, and wonderful. Service is now described as much better, with a team that is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and proficient. Employees handle constant streams of customers, including many Amazon returns, with speed and obvious skill. They do not get flustered or stressed, even when very busy, keeping the line moving quickly. Staff are noted for going out of their way to assist, providing generous help to save customers time. The experience under this management is considered night and day compared to the past, with capable employees who truly care. The business is highly recommended for its expert and helpful service.
