I was literally sitting in my office watching for the postman to deliver a package that needed to be signed for. I saw her come, she did not ring a doorbell or knock on my door, I was trying to get up to hurry to catch her and she just leaves a note saying I missed delivery and takes off with my package. It's already been delayed 3 days, and is now delayed another day due to her not bothering to knock on my door. So angry right now.**Update** I drove to the post office and the women I spoke with was very helpful and located my package so that it would not be further delayed.

This is the worst post office I have ever been around. I live in Sevierville Tn and my mailman is super lazy. He claims that he tried to deliver our packages but no secure location available. Little does he knows I work from my house. He claimed he tried to today but he lies. I am home and 2 ac guys our at my home as we speak. He needs to find new employment if that is the case.

When my regular mailman (M Schultz) is off I always know it. If the pkg wont fit they throw it on the ground next to mailbox which anyone driving by could easily pick it up. They drop off pkgs to my garage instead if the house. Ive had super heavy packages left there soaked in the rain when they KNOWthe garage isnt the house and when my mail hold is up again if my mailman is off they just dont deliver anything. Its beyond RIDICULoUS! Why is this allowed?

Every time I'm at the post office the people are quick and very friendly. I own a small business, and they've always been super helpful when I'm shipping orders out!

This is the absolute worst post office i have ever had to deal with no one answers the phone rude ass people running the counters this is crazy that this is a non stop problem and i'm sure half the county agrees with me,

This is the usps facility I've used my entire life and it's not bad. If had a few problems but not many. And the people are usually nice. I give it a 7/10

USPS driver has always done below average work. But now we are getting packages held with a sorry we missed you while I was home the entire day. I do have a ring camera and can confirm at no point did usps driver ever attempt to ring or knock on door.
