I walked into the Verizon store in Sevierville, TN, apprehensively. I had several questions and issues that needed to be addressed. A gorgeous young man came to my aid. I thought this child will not be able to help this 73 year old lady. However, I started with the question of how much is my daughter paying for my account. He was able to let me know I wasn’t a manager on the account. So we called my daughter. They discussed things that were beyond my comprehension but it was all good. I started coughing and he got me a cup of water which helped. Then I was added to the account as a manager. He helped me get a phone and helped me delete needless items. He did so much for my family and me. I kept thanking him and said I need to give you a review. Jonathon is his name. He is a manager at this store. I don’t have the comprehensive information to tell you what he did for me. He was able to interact with his fellow employees with ease. What a guy! I love him. I would love to have a grandson like him.

I've been to many Verizon stores in my 15-plus years of being a customer. This is one of the most helpful and friendly corporate stores I've been to. Definitely would recommend them.

After reading all the bad reviews we were hesitant to go to this Version store. We are so glad we did!! TJ helped us and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. What could have been a bad start to a birthday turn out for a great experience!! Thank you!!

Our representative was very deceitful. They added several services without our permission. Told us our bill would only go up 30 when it went up 60. The whole deal was sneaky and I wish we hadn't gone to Verizon to upgrade and just ordered phones from the maker. Be very careful and look at all the details!

I wouldn't recommend. Don't expect to buy a plan and be on your way. They will charge you activation fees per line plus a fee for getting you setup. It was going to cost $140 for one line. They offered to waive the activation fees but then tried to sneak the doc fee into the price. Stay away from this company in my opinion.

I was so happy to pay $30 to get the new phone I ordered switched over by Jennifer. She was so nice and helpful that I sent her a gift card to thank her. I can’t get WIFI where I live , believe it or not, so it was such a blessing.

Not very fond of the service. They overly try to get you to buy more products than there is. Read the fine print. Had got three things added to my cart that weren't supposed to be there at checkout

I ordered a phone on line through the Verizon website to be picked up at the store. I arrived on time and was greeted by a representative and was told he would "check me in and to have a seat." After sitting there for 30 minutes he asked how he could help me. I stated I was here to pick up a phone. It took him 2 minutes to get my phone. I asked why they made me sit there so long? He said in the future to let them know up front what I was there for. I told him he should have asked me the reason for my visit when I walked in.After calling Verizon customer service to complain, they compensated me by waiving the activation fee on my new phone for my inconvenience. This is why I've stayed with Verizon for over 20 years. The corporate office has always done me right. I can't say as much for the store as it is always packed and I dread a visit it.

DO NOT switch to Verizon at this store. They will switch your phone number with a temporary one and it will cause your phone to randomly use that number instead of your original. Tech support cannot figure out how to remove it.
