I have had the absolute WORST experience here! I had to take my son to the doctor late at night, everything at the doctor went smoothly and my son got prescribed the medicine he needs to get better. My husband called the pharmacy to inform them that our son will be getting a prescription and it will be sent to their pharmacy shortly. He was prescribed antibiotics and we know that antibiotics take about 20 minutes to fill. The first thing he was told was that it would take 20-45 minutes to even receive the order to fill the prescription. And then on top of that, take another 20-30 minutes to fill it. We were already being dispersed from the start as she was stating that it would take a long time to get our prescription. Keep in mind that this is one of the only 24 hour pharmacies around the doctors office. The nurse came in to recap on the medicine and next steps to get my son feeling better. I informed her that the pharmacy stated it would take 20-45 minutes to receive the prescription. She gave me a funny look and showed me the paper that stated the status of the prescription was active and told me that they already have it. After we left the doctor we went straight to the pharmacy to pick up our son’s prescription. We pulled up and a lady with blue hair and face mask came to the window. I stated that I need to pick up my sons prescription. She looked up his information and asked for his insurance card, I handed her the card and she said that it was the incorrect card and needed his pharmacy card. I then placed the pharmacy card in the box as well. As she was putting in this information I asked if she could give me the price on saline drops as my son needed them to clear out his nose. The response I got was ,”I don’t know right off of the top of my head”. I got nothing else. My husband then said, “could you look up the price when you are finished please?” Without even looking at him, she continued to type on the computer and very rudely said, “if you give me a moment”. Neither of us were being rude but we were being treated as if we were an inconvenience. We have our sick son in the back seat late at night as well as his sister ready to go home. The last thing we needed was to deal with the attitude of a worker that didn’t want to do her job. We wanted to get the medicine for our son and go home. After 10-15 minutes of messing around on the computer she looks at me and says, “he’s not covered with insurance but I’ll give you a discount”. This was a complete lie, I had just taken him to the doctor (who has his insurance information and knew what would be covered) and had no complications with his insurance, and now I’m being told his insurance is not going to cover the medication?? I have no problem paying for medicine that my child needs, but I know that his insurance is valid. I told her that I would figure it out in the morning. My husband ended up calling the pharmacy back and got another woman on the phone. He asked for the corporate number and she provided it. He then explained what had happened and why he needed corporates number. We explained that we felt she did not want to do her job and from our point of view was being disrespectful and lazy. She stated that she flat out disagreed and stated the woman did her job. We then asked her why the other woman felt the need to be so rude, she responded and yelled, “I’m trying to explain but you keep talking too much!” She then hung up on us after this. So, if you need a pharmacy late at night for you or your sick child GO ELSE WHERE! These woman were so disrespectful and rude from the beginning. I’m not one to leave reviews on anything but felt that this needed to be on here. My husband will be calling corporate in hopes that this doesn’t happen to another parent or person again. Being kind is not that hard. Have a little humanity. We are parents worried about our sick son. We don’t need to deal with multiple adults attitude while trying to get the medicine to help our son. Hope this never happens to anyone else.

Worst place ever too get medicine filled I get the same meds every month on the same date an yet they can never keep my meds in or never tell me when they are only gonna give me partial of my meds an tell me I have to go with out till a truck comes in or am more then welcome to find another pharmacy just really hateful an rude to people doesn't care if people have there meds or not and doesn't care if you go with out iam a truck driver so not only fo I have to go out until they get them in I will have to go with out till I can get back into town and they don't care if I die live or wte

Ashley and Samantha in the Pharmacy are absolutely amazing!! Both of the ladies went above and beyond to help me with my prescription today! Both of you ladies are a life saver and deserve the biggest raise! Thank you thank you thank you!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Cody in the pharmacy is wonderful he was able to lower the cost of my prescriptions so I was able to get them. I had asked some ladies there a few times before if there was anyway possible to help with the cost and they said No. I help my father take care of my mother who has altheimers and it has cut into my work hours and I wasn't able to afford to get my prescriptions all at once and sometime not at all but Big thank you to Mr Cody who without me even asking him called me and found discounts so I am now able to get them.Need more ppl like him Ty again Cody

Have u tried to call me or not sure what time they will come to the house to get the boys off the phone bill and we cannot do it all without paying for the last letter received said to appeal or waiver of a day or two before the next day and night is the list that I have received several times and will until after 10pm years especially in the morning after the first go around and I

Worst pharmacy in sevierville. Go elsewhere! Staff will lie to your face and none of them are pleasant and if you need to call the pharmacy for any reason be prepared to be on hold for 30 mins just to be hung up on. They need to fire every employee in the pharmacy and reevaluate and rehire people who can actually treat people with some decency and not act like they are who the world revolves around.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are terrible here. 2 weeks in a row no meds. I am in recovery an it on record I get meds here weekly, an they are out of my meds again. They have pill form of me medication an just because it don't state tablets tnry will not fill my meds. Here it is the weekend and can't reach my doctor to get this fixed. It was sent there Friday and I was not notified they out until I went there to get it. They are extremely rude will not wait on anyone . They act like your a burden to them an totally ignore you. They need more help plus retain the one there if walgreens don't step in a fix this they are gonn loose alot of customers. I will not use them no more after this. Terrible service an rudest staff ever.

So I’m glad the pharmacist like to shame you for not having shots. I’m disgusted by the pharmacist actions. He made me know that he disagreed with my shots date. He Almost like forced me to get a shot after telling him no several times If you’re afraid of pharmacist making fun of you do NOT COME HERE!!

It doesn't matter the day, it doesn't matter the month or the year, there is always an issue at this Walgreens. Whether it's a long line at the drive through, the pharmacy being out of medication for 4 days or just being hassled bc they are personally against what your doctor prescribed. The only redeeming quality that this store is 24 hours. If you're looking for a pharmacy that acts like they're entitled to be your moral compass and discriminates based on what you are prescribed, look no further.

I’m forced to switch pharmacies after this month. They are so understaffed they can’t even answer the phones. At this point I’m getting medications late or partially filled and they want me to do multiple pick ups a month when it takes the time of a doctor visit to pick up each prescription. It’s a shame corporate and management let it get this bad. This used to be a great pharmacy!

I wanted to let this store know they have a KNOCKOUT staff that is absolutely amazing helpful and caring. My daughter and i had been looking for a certain shampoo and conditioner and YOLANDA was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the health and beauty area as well. Not only was she outstanding but it looked like her manager or one of them anyway come up to speak to her and they were both smiling the manager asked if he could help out in anyway i think his name was mark or mike i think it was Mike anyway those two make a great team and he seems like a good boss if he is. YOLANDA thank you so much for being so great and kind.

Mike and Santana were extremely helpful in finding what i was looking for after i had been all over East Tn. Lol looking for my item and the kindness and the teamwork i saw along with great customer service was impeccable!!! These people KNOW what Great customer service is and they need to be rewarded for their hard work. Ty again Mike and Santana keep up the great work!!!!
