The idiots working here decided not to allow me to buy alcohol after my son scanned the wine I wanted to buy. Don't go here, food city nearby has better products and employees that actually care about customer satisfaction.

They close early before they’re supposed to. And will literally shut the door in your face and lock the door so they get out of there early instead of closing at the time time listed doing your closing work then leaving. Its false advertising.

I had no problems here, popping in for some snacks and things to use for making breakfast. No trash in the parking lot and an associate was busy bringing in carts. The parking lot was quite full this afternoon!
The bread aisle was well stocked as was the prepared deli cheese and meat. Other stuff in the condiments are in good shape with clearly displayed prices.
The store was clean and the self-checkout worked just fine. This was a good experience.

They need to train the deli employee on how to slice cheese. You ask for thin slices and you get thicker than kraft singles.

100% self checkout. No Cashiers. No discount for checking your own groceries. Find another Grocery Store.
Update: 2024. Cashiers available now. Now I would recommend this place for shopping. Not as crowded as the Walmart Superstores but fully stocked and with the Walmart low prices. Clean.

My go to for food shopping. Always seems clean and kept up. Wish deli offered sea food, but not a deal breaker. Employees always kind and helpful!

They have a tini section for gluten free and nothing to make a full meal and in the frozen section not one of the ready to eat are gluten free . It's not my fault I have celiac I expected better options..

I'm giving them a 5 star review after the renovation that my neighborhood store has gone. They made it bigger, brighter, more appealing and must of all functional. I even have a Hispanic products to choose from. I will say come back and try them again.

I came to this location close to closing time. There was a very sweet young lady working the self checkout named KK. All of the other employees in that area were just standing there waiting for me to leave. What is Miss KK doing? Sanitizing and cleaning her registers. Checking her trash. Being productive. She had such a positive attitude. Between her and the great selection of products at the store I wanted to give 5 stars. Here is why I had to drop some of those…
There was a woman stocking things in the back where the cold/frozen products are. She’s older and wears glasses on top of her head. Hair pulled back. It was 10:58 and my mom was checking out our cart and we had forgotten a staple in my household w/ 3 small children. Chicken nuggets. I grabbed my 3 year old and off we ran to grab this necessity very quickly. I got to the aisle & this woman gets VERY much so in my personal space and says “the store is closed, you need to go to the front now.” & I replied that my mom had just started checking out I just needed to grab this one thing & run it to her before she got done. This lady interrupts me and says “NO, its 11 o’clock and you will go to the front now” and blocks me from said nuggets. I thought I was going to lose it. I’m in leadership of a guest relations team. This is NOT how you speak to guests. Hell this isn’t how you speak to anyone. Her attitude is terrible, her tone was terrible, and y’all need to hide her in the back away from any guest interactions. I asked a couple of people for her name and they weren’t sure so I’ll be trying next time I’m there to again get her name.
