When my wife and I walked in, this little store was extremely busy. We did not walk in looking for anything in particular; however, I have been searching for a replacement wedding band since I developed an allergy to my original Sterling silver ring. Ciara was busy with other customers but when she was free she helped look for a replacement ring. Once we found a ring, Ciara took her time and walked me through the process of getting my ring resized since it was slightly too large. While assisting me, my wife found a set of opal jewelry that she really liked. Ciara went above and beyond to ensure we left happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new piece to add to their jewelry box or finding the 1st of many. Thanks again Ciara and we hope to see you on our next trip to the area.

We love our zales. Today I had a citizen watch from my company for ten year anniversary and I needed a couple links taking out so I could get it fitted. They did it in no time. Made the adjustments. I highly recommend them. They have taken care of me and my watches over the years battery replacements and fixing them. Thanks zales.

Just had an amazing conversation and experience with Chris. Was looking for rings and he very clearly explained the pros and cons of all the different types and styles. Zales was our first stop at looking for rings and he suggested as we checked out other places to come back with any questions we might have. We walked to one other place and they were so rude and homophobic that I just got up and walked out. I said let’s go back to Zales, where they didn’t care about our preference, just treated us as normal people. So, yes we made our purchase there, they had what we wanted, the price was right, and they treated us with respect. Zales thank you for Chris and the rest of the staff that was there, what a wonderful team you had that day. You have two new customers. Thank you.
