I chose to use Seymour Vet based on the recommendation of a friend. For my puppy’s first exam (he was imported), I gave them his vaccination records from his home country, but was told by a vet tech they couldn’t guarantee his rabies vaccine that he received as they felt he had received it at too young of an age. For quite some time, I more than felt honored to be able to call Seymour Vet my vet. However, as with everything, that changed! After spending between $25,000 and $30,000 with Seymour in just under 2 years, I am more than DONE with them and Mica Bently. Why? It always takes one person. I had to take my dog who was very sick here after I her own vet couldn’t see her until next week, Ashley was absolutely wonderful at helping me to get in as it was a matter of having to decide to put my dog to sleep. Ashley got me in as soon as she had a cancellation for the same day. Dr Bentley was a kind and compassionate veterinarian who was there to discuss your options and quality of life . I highly recommend this group as they made a very sad day be a little easier. I will be transferring my other puppy to them as soon as I can so that he can receive this wonderful care from the staff and veterinarian.

We have been going here for several years. The staff are phenomenal and the docs we have dealt with are very caring and always take the time to explain what may be going on with all of our cats and dogs. Highly and have recommended others to try them.

Unimpressed. We’ve been going here several years. Today I called over there worried about my dog. She has a raised bump on her neck that has turned white. I simply wanted someone to look at it and tell if it was an urgent matter or not. They ‘could not fit me in’ between all the doctors there. Tri-County vet got her in. It was not immediately but still heard my concern and fit her in as soon as possible- did not tell me to schedule an appointment for another day. Tri-County spent 10 minutes max with her. I couldn’t have asked for more. My concerns were not urgent enough for Seymour Vet today and that is disappointing.
