I switched to Farm Bureau from another insurance after being recommend to them. The process of switching was quick and easy. Dustin was really friendly and helpful. I'm really glad I made the switch.

Awful I was with them for 11 years no claims or accidents and they have gone up on me $400 dollars last year and $400 this year so $800 in 2 years after being a loyal customer and the only discount on a now over $2,000 policy is $240 loyalty and good customer gets you no where. I can handle $50 -$100 here and there but this was taking advantage of the people in this economy its sad and sick to treat people like this. Glad I don't have to tolerate it and switched companies. They didn't care about me and my family anyway so don't deserve my money.

Nick, made my process of changing insurance companies, super easy, fast, and affordable! My husband and I were able to save over $300 on our policies between the two of us. Wow! What a great service. I switched from a national know insurance to Farm Bureau and got twice the coverage for half the cost.
