I'm probably at this store just as much as I'm at home haha? my kids and I are here at least 3 times a week, very clean, very organized and very laid back. They always have what I'm looking for and the food is always fresh from the deli or the produce. I can literally purchase all the basics I ever need for home from here. Best grocery in Seymour hands down!

No one to ring up my groceries. 6 employees standing around watching the clock until the closed in 20 mins. Kid said “oh you have to use self-checkout“.
I told him “I don’t like using self check out” he said “oh come on over and I’ll help you”. He walked over there put my Food City card number in and just walked off and stood there watching me as I rang up my groceries. If you’re going to tell someone you’re going to help them, actually help them.
I know how to scan my card, and I know how to scan groceries, but I shouldn’t have to. I pay the same amount for my groceries as people do and the daytime. I have complained about this before to the company. There’s one lady at Food City that works late night that rings up my groceries for me. Her name is Patty.
I don’t like having to ring up my own groceries, if you’d like to maybe you should get a job at Food City, I pay a lot of money for groceries in the least they can do to ring them up and put them in a bag. Guess I’ll go back to Kroger.

Ordered food waited almost an hour and was refusing to give me a refund wouldn't refund my money back and said it'd be twenty minutes longer on the food I get 1hr for lunch I'll never go back to this store
