Martin is an awesome individual that showed great customer service and was very knowledgeable about our specific breed. I’ve returned to the store on other occasions and Martin has recognized me and acquired about how the puppy has been doing. This store has definitely earned my business and it’s hard to find employees like Martin to care about what they do.”

“Went in to the store yesterday to rent the trailer, and buy chicken feed. I asked the cashier very polite who I needed to talk to she went and got Ty great person , very polite and helped me . Then went back to check on the chicken feed and seen the chickens the lady said she was a Manager but she should not be for her attitude. She was very rude and act like I was a bother to her. Never have experienced that before in this store. I was not happy when I left.Called today talked with the manager and told him what happened . He was very nice and helped me and took care of me . And Ty was there again and helped me , very very polite and helpful. That is what customer service is taking the time to listen and help someone.”
