I have spoken to several people on the phone on 6 occasions. 5 out of those 6 occasions was a terrible experience. The 1st thing they ask is what can I help you with but when I told them I need to speak to someone in a certain dept. They have always put up huge road blocks which turned into an argument every time because I know I need to talk someone who knows in depth details about a product in that dept. They also tell me they don't sell a $5000+ product which clearly shows them online and that are sold at their other stores. They always seem rushed and annoyed to talk also. So if your looking for customer service for questions, to deal with a problem or to get answers over the phone, I recommend going elsewhere. I do give them 2 stars as insufficient knowledge of their in store or online customer service. But they definitely could use some friendlier phone etiquette as I always feel frustrated and angry after trying to deal with them on the phone. (I'm a woman, but it's mostly been women who are hateful and condescending.)

They always seem to be out of what I’m looking for. It’s generally clean and organized but there are some days it doesn’t appear to be too many employees working. Could have a floater who opens another register when the line gets too long instead of just overstocking shelves with products nobody buys.

However, the lady with the forklift was amazing and my husband got new BBQ tools, a BlackStone, and a Pit Boss for his birthday 🙌✨️🙏

Really?? Charging customers for shipping products to a tractor supply store?
I understand paying shipping on a product to be sent to my home. But there is no way I will pay shipping on a product that is out of stock at my local tractor supply.
None of your competitors charge shipping for products to a store, this is costing you a lot of business, including mine.

I placed an order for 2 large bags of dog food earlier this week. The next day I got an email and text saying it was ready for pick up. Stopped there on my way to work (they are closed by the time I get off) and was told they actually are not ready. No one ever pulled the order. Mind you the truck order came in 3 days prior but no one put it away. The store was not busy at all and I saw 5 employees working. I was told they haven't had time to put the truck order away. My order was at the bottom of the pallet. Unacceptable ! They should never have sent the email or text out If the order was not ready. I stayed there for about 10 minutes waiting for them to go get my order. I was not leaving without my dog food. The whole situation was Unacceptable ! I shop at this store every month for dog food and I rarely have issues. I may start going to the other location.

I just don't understand why you say you're open till 7:00 I get there at 6:30 and they said they can't sell any more propane tonight cuz they've already shut it down how about putting a sign up saying that how long does it take to shut down the propane 30 minutes it's very aggravating
