“This Ryder service is top notch from the service writer to the service Tech. I called ahead and talk to the lady in service and told her my issue and as soon as I got there the door was open as soon as I checked in and before I ever got my trailer unhooked . I apologise for stinking their shop and service writers office up with the bad batteries. I’ve had many visits to several shops with this unit and actually just got it outta Hebron Ky Ryder with a longtime def issue and hopefully my issues are resolved, If not Strawberryplains will be my go to place. Thanks for great service!!”

“Aaron was amazing! He was working his hardest to make every customer happy and he was by himself. Please get him some good help. I think two people had left and he was working all by himself and he was running and getting things done quickly and accurately for all the customers. He was dedicated and answered everyones questions.

I believe all the negative reviews were before Aaron got there 5 months ago. U-hual has some negative reviews all over because there are just a lot of lazy people working there. I noticed some other lazy people that have worked there for awhile who aren't helping the business out at all.”

“It was quick and easy. The only thing is when I left the gas hand was on Full so I stopped and put gas back in the truck so when I brought it back it showed Full however they charged me for more gas stating I did not return it with the same amount of gas in it.”
