To my surprise yesterday i was helped by a pharmacist named Taylor and n allHonesty i was pleasantly surprised by how helpful , and attentive she was and genuinely concerned about me being overcharged and having to spend so much money out of pocket on my medication. It was a breath of fresh air speaking with her yesterday and gave me a new outlook on Walgreens. A lot of times people are on medication and are judged because of it and it's a very uncomfortable, feeling specially coming from someone who works in a pharmacy at a local store, thank you for being there yesterday you made my experience much better

I went to pick up some meds for my Aunt and they said 5 min. My Aunt is 95 and has covid and I left her in the car thinking it would be ok. 30 min later I go up to ask if it was ready. The cashier Emily has the nerve to tell me I can come back in a smart mouth tone. I said absolutely not because you are the one that told me 5 min. The pharmacist did apologize and say they were swamped but it took her 55 min to approach to say that. I deal with customer service myself. 5 min is definitely not an hour or anywhere near. If they are swamped close the DT or the lobby part and take care of one or the other. I get being swamped but saying 5 min and taking an hour is ridiculous. Say what you mean. There were 2 pharmacist and at least 2 workers behind the counter. Communication and truth goes a long way. We will definitely be moving my Aunts business elsewhere.

I always have a great experience at the Seymour location. Pickup a prescription about 10 days ago, and now I keep getting calls from Walgreens number saying I have a refill, which I do not, they want me to put in DOB, I just hang up. I was wondering if there is an issue with your automated system on refills or a scammer is trying to get information.

I had the worst service today at Walgreens! A young employee banged around my merchandise I was buying and it's a kombucha drink if you know anything about these drinks you don't want to shake them up because it loses it's fizzyness which is the best part about the drink. I told her not to shake them up. I say this to encourage better service next time. She was rude about it.

Painfully and regretfully have to advise a continual downhill slide. This location is a rock's throw away from the house and has always been my go-to. I just can't quite figure out why more times than not they don't have my prescription in stock...as if i wasn't a reoccuring employed, and insured Walgreens Member "card and all"....today, I asked the cashier/pharmacy tech if I only had one, they replied yes so i messaged University of Tennessee to double check... guess what... both sent in... and no fill. Perhaps I'm just a dinosaur at 33 but still feel that quantity over quality is never a long-term successful business strategy! I recommend finding a business that adapts to its customer base and ensures that failure to fill a reoccurring customer's demand is simply not an option.

Please check the accuracy of your medications when filled at this drug store. Mistakes are made and they tend to argue with you if they are questioned. They have a terrible attitude and I often wonder how some of the techs obtained any kind of certification.

Somehow magically their power is always out.My mother insisted on using them, but is unable to drive, leaving ME to deal with their ineptness. On multiple occasions between September 2021 and February 2022 I attempted to pick up prescriptions for her, only to be told their "power was out" upon arrival. Strangely enough, the businesses around them all seemed to be operating normally. If you need it, have it sent to a different pharmacy. Otherwise, you'll never get it!

Very rude, disorganized, never have medication ready even though it says to pick up. Watched a tech laugh at an old man after driving off. Very unprofessional.

My boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment to have him tested for Covid on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. We did receive a confirmation for the appointment, and arrived early, only find that the drive-through was closed, and the staff inside told me I would have to reschedule. This is ridiculous. It was hard enough to get him out of the house to get him to Walgreens in the first place, and now we have to reschedule for another day? We had to drive 40 minutes out of our way to just be turned away? This is unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not be back. Thanks for wasting my time.

I love the store but I absolutely hate trying to see the weekly ad online!! I will be looking at one thing and the coupons will pop up. I don't go to Walgreens near as often as I used to, because I don't know what is on sale that I need.
