The other persons’s insurance representatives were a prime example of rudeness, and how not to treat anyone. While these fine Allstate reps were helpful, kind, patient, efficient, and went beyond what they had to to make me feel relieved and taken care of. They have treated my family like family in every instance since we’ve been with them. We appreciate it. They are always friendly at the office and on the phone.
