This location robbed me.
I’ve used grocery pickup multiple times before and never had an issue, until the last time.
My order was not ready on time resulting in an hour of wasted driving time and then when it was finally ready, I was charged for multiple items that I didn’t receive.
Trying to get a human being on the phone was next to impossible and when I did, I was offered a partial refund. I was robbed by this location and paid for products that I never received.
I will **NEVER** use this pickup location again.
Not safe.

Not a super Kroger... size wise... but kept nice. Workers are all very friendly and helpful.

I scheduled a pick up for 5 pm, then they switched to 7pm, and when i stopped to pick up my order at 7:pm they informed me it hadn’t been filled yet and said I should cancel. Lady was kinda rude about it idk who’s in charge of ordering pick up groceries is incompetent. Won’t be doing that again,

My review is in no way, shape or form a reflection of the actual associates that work at this location. I have shopped at this location hundreds of times but my most recent visit was extremely embarrassing! It was the day before thanksgiving so it was packed. The self-check has some new theft deterrent feature WELL it thought I was stealing (which I was not) but because of this with TONS of people waiting behind me to check out I had to stand there in front EVERYONE while an associate counted all my bagged items even though it clearly showed that I had SCANNED said item. I was mortified! Please try and open some HUMAN OPERATED check out lines at this location. NO, one check out lane is NOT enough! Because of this incident I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location or Kroger in general! I completely understand that computers can also make errors but it was a humiliating experience. Had I been able to check out with a live associate this incident would have never happened not to mention how uncomfortable it must be for the associates working self checkout who constantly having to stop and count everyone’s item’s because of this error. I CANNOT IMAGINE what they must go through on the daily basis. Although it wasn’t their fault it took everything I had not to lash out because of how frustrating the situation was. I’m sure these poor associates are getting yelled at over this every day multiple times a day. If Kroger really cares about it’s “community” and “respect” for their customers they will start providing more live open check out lanes instead of price gouging customers and being penny pinching with its employees!

Taking my Mom grocery shopping & this Kroger left me feeling grimy. Lots of Items nearing expiration, store shelves empty. Doubtful we will shop local in this case.
