Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio in downtown Shelbyville is a fantastic place for high-quality skincare and cosmetics. The knowledgeable owner provides a personalized shopping experience, offering style advice and product recommendations tailored to each customer's preferences. A visitor, who hadn't worn makeup since New Year's Eve 2016, felt like a million dollars after a makeover by Zoey. Hannah, another team member, assisted in adding up products and helped find additional shades of lipstick, showcasing the studio's wide range of lip colors. This wonderful shop offers lovely and fun gifts, making it an excellent choice for skincare, cosmetics, and shopping.
The owners daughter was not very friendly or helpful. There was another blonde lady that helped us out immensely.
