So after my product is delivered 6 days late. I see that my package has been opened and put back covered with clear tape! Amazing since nobody could give me a real reason for delaying delivery! Second time this year I have had an issue. The time before I was told to pay postage on a package that had already been paid for by sender!

I get an email to tell me each day what I will receive. I did not get my bank statement. I got a neighbors Power bill, which tells me someone got my mail. They now have my personal information. This has happened 2 times in less than 2 months.

So who knows the truth on the real time USPS quits delivering parcels. Why isnt it posted within the site on the delivery page forget looking for it, why isnt it there for everyone? *Note* I know being a postal deliverer is a stressful nerve wrexking job but atleast there could be some kind of resolution from up top atleast on one side. Jeesh customers be outside stressing like the deliverer.

Probably the best post office experience that I've had in Tennessee. Friendly, courteous, and fast-moving staff.

These postal office workers in these rural towns in the US are just darn clueless when it comes to prepaid labels. They assume if it's not from licensed USPS ecommerce platforms like Pitney Bowes, then it must be fraudulent or fake. There have been licensed USPS eCommerce platforms like Pirate Ship, GoShippo, eVS, ShipStation, etc. operating for years, and unfortunately these small post offices just don't have a freaking clue. I've had 3 packages returned to me and all 3 were sent back from smaller rural post offices, that claim they do not recognized the label. If it scans, it's obviously linked to the main USPS shipping system genius! Anyways, I blame the USPS for the lack of training nationwide, especially in the smaller post offices throughout the nation. Avoid using prepaid shipping labels when shipping to small towns period.

Whoever the middle aged woman with brown hair working at the front is- needs to work on her customer service skills. Being condescending and talking to patrons rudely (for no reason at that) is incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. I’ve never complained to any place of business but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had somewhere. I asked a simple question and she immediately got rude with me.

If a package fits in the PO Box then please put it in the box. Don't make me wait in line with slow people who have no idea how to fill out an envelope just for the employee to hand me something that should have been placed in my box. That's why I pay for it.

Hours say 4:30 but give yourself extra time because they cut off the line and lock the doors early.

While I understand the postal service is experiencing a employee shortage, I cannot get past the fact that our recent postal delivery employee refuses to deliver any packages. I'm not sure if it's because we have a long driveway? Because we have dogs that are in a fenced and gated area? We have to go to the post office several times a week to pickup packages, because we get a little pink slip that says a delivery was attempted. When my husband asked a supervisor at the office, he was told "that's just Chuck." I'd like to know why the previous postal worker always delivered our packages, but Chuck refuses? In these times of recession it's unacceptable to keep spending unnecessary gas money to drive into town to pickup packages that should be delivered.

The friendliest, most courteous, helpful workers of any USPS location to which I have ever been - and I have been to ones all over the USA. They take their time to be informative with some humor thrown in. I never feel rushed.
