I guess kids on Saturday night is to be expected. Food was cold fries were cold and they told me the fries would be right up. I guess cold. They were throwing stuff at each other. Day shift was about the same at the window in the manor of just being short and rude. 3/9

Ordered 3 burgers from drive thru ,checked my bags and discovered there were only 2 burgers, had to turn around and go back and in the process spilled my ? all over the car floor. It was a very depressing moment. And then the cashier gave me a hard time about getting my other burger ?. Thanks Wendy's

Their was only 1 other customer, the serve didn't see us waiting, the menu was on lunch while in breakfast and the ice machine was out. The ketchup was bubbly so they handed pit packets instead of throwing them out. Tables were disarayed and some leaning over in corners.

Frequently busy, unfortunately the staff has not been properly trained or properly motivated to run a rush. For several months now, a trip to wendys takes NO LESS than 20 minutes from the time you hit the drive thru line til leaving the window with your order. One night, after 10pm, The staff took and filled orders one by one. As in, car #1 gets to speaker, orders, pulls up to window, pays, gets food. Only after they left the drive thru would staff serve the next person at the speaker. Management needs to step up training of both mid level mgmt and front line workers. These kids would be able to do a better job if they were given the proper tools. Also every 3rd visit they are out of something we've ordered. Learn to manage stock.
