Stopped in to get my favorite soda that isn't sold in my area, they had it on sale so I stocked up. The parking lot is small considering how much has built up in the area, along with the construction materials taking up a good portion of the lot. Inside is busy, and overall clean.

The WORST and RUDEST person ive ever dealt with at a Kroger was here in this pharmacy. They need to be taught classes on proper etiquette in dealing with customers . I've never felt like I was treated more stupid in my life at any other pharmacy. I will be complaining to Kroger headqu about this.

I love the delivery but I received molded blueberries today. I have also received marked down produce that wasn't edible. It's so convenient but the quality of the produce is a recurring issue.

They don't put on the app if the items are out of stock or not. They leave out some of the items you ask for when they aren't out of stock. When you search on the app they do not pop up the thing you are searching for when they have the item in stock.

This store is just okay, There are a lot of idiots working there. But what can you expect from a rural town? I stopped by to get gas one time. The fool in the booth didn't bother to greet me. He was to busy doing something other than catching the cash. He pushed the drawer out and I placed a $20 in it, and he pulled it back in. When I tried to start the pump it would not work so I went back to the cashier and he told me I had to pay in advance. When I told him I had already paid he called me a liar. After arguing with the manager for 10 minutes and giving her my phone number she allowed me to get $20 worth of gas. later that day, after she had reviewed surveillance video, she called to confirm that I had put money in the drawer, and that a customer that came up after me had taken the $20 bill. On a different visit a few years ago I did some grocery shopping. During checkout I used an EBT card for some of the items and a debit card for the rest. I also requested cash back on the debit card. After I got home and studied my receipt I discover the cashier has short changed her register in the amount of $80. I called the store and informed them of the error and they put hold for 30 minutes and I hung up. After calling a few times in as many days they finally talked to me but were rude and acted like I was being a bother. Eventually I was able to talk to someone with a brain. She looked up my transaction and confirmed the register was $80 short the day I had checked out. I agreed to return the money. I go to the store and tell customer service rep the story and request to talk to the manager. After waiting 15 minutes, and suffering from hip pain I sat down in a folding chair beside an office door. That's when this employee comes up and tells me I can't set in the chair. I told her I was waiting on a manager but she didn't care. "YOU CAN NOT SET IN THAT CHAIR" I told her " I will set here and give your $80 back or I will walk out the door". She still insisted that I get out of the chair, so I got up and left. Thank you for the $80 Kroger! I order a 1/2lb of ham at the deli and tell the employee I will return after I get some other items. I return and collect the ham from the counter. during checkout I discover there is no price on the ham. Cashier asks me if $3 is okay, Sure why not it's $10 lb. I still shop at Koger only because it is convenient . I go on my bike and park near the door. Numerous times I have had to walk to the parking lot to retrieve a shopping cart. Some employees are incompetent, some are rude, most act as if they don't care if you shop at wal-mart or food lion. I wish Publix would come to town!

Just hit up the gas station. Fair price, seemed clean. Just a gas and go, easy in and out.

Nice, clean store. Great people. We shop here daily and always find everything. Only downfall is how small the parking lot is. When it's slammed it's slammed. Do recommend the pick up service as well.

Clean store, stocked shelves, produce is great, and friendly staff. Aisles are clean and items are easy to find. Had 2 party trays of pinwheels for my daughters wedding and they were a big hit. Do wish had more vegan and vegetarian items in freezer section but at least they are reasonably priced over other grocery stores.

I questioned why they allow non service animals in the store store manager said HR has directed it. Also ask why meat counter stinks so bad and do they ever wash it because you could see it's filthy that said didn't know. Also why no service lanes open when stores busy and people lined up. Guess the answer is Kroger could 't care less about their customers they think they'll keep coming. This store should be closed for health reason!!! Just ask the county health Dept who I'm filing a complaint with. And the Dept of Agriculture!!

Well... I'm going to say that this might be the best grocery in town, but that's because they have fuel points. Kroger isn't known for having good customer service nationwide. I DO have several favorite cashiers and baggers I adore, which is why I go back... The new remodel has helped a bit, but still confuses some people. The ClickList option on the Kroger App seems to be slow to take off, and I've not tried it myself yet... but will in the future and will check in and update this review when I do. Kroger pricing is not as competitive as they would like you to think. Its best to compare ads before shopping, and to use their app and mobile coupons if you can. Watch the pricing as there are some tricky deals... some are hard to catch, but if you take your time and read the labels you'll see what I mean. It's nice they now have the sushi bar, but the produce department still needs better supervision. A lot of the items are damaged or going bad far too quickly, and it's tough to find acceptable ones to buy. I still can't figure out why they don't order enough of the items that are big sellers... why they'd rather run out and have people fuss than just increase the order amount and insure they have enough... continually empty spots make no sense to me and the other shoppers. Also, not having enough cashiers when lines are backed up is problematic as well... and stocking shelves at peak shopping hours... this is the only grocery I've been in that does these things. This is why I give them such a low score. I will say there are some great people there, though... my favorite cashier Rita... my "sister"... other cashiers like Myra and Eddie and several more... plus baggers like Michelle and Joey... THEY are why I go, the people who make the annoyances tolerable. You'll love them if you shop this Kroger.

I don't understand why you have 8 lanes available but only use 2 of them at most. Even the self checkout lines are insane. If you expect people to use self checkout that much you might want to consider lowering your prices since you're saving on so many salaries. With so many other employees just standing around, 4 in the meat department today chit chatting, 3 clumped together in the aisles on their phones, and 2 in the frozen sections near the ice cream having gossip time I'd be amazed if you've even hired a store manager. That's probably automated too. Just ridiculous if you ask me. The products are fine but the service is horrendous.
