After being a member of this bank (Formerly First Tennessee) for more than 12 years, I removed both my checking AND savings accounts today. I will not patronize a company that doesn't take seriously the service in customer service. I have loved this bank and its people for so many years, but today was irresponsible behavior on the part of management to teach and require its workers to help and support its customers. Be ware, this bank and its people have changed dramatically since the name change from First Tennessee to Horizon. And honestly, I don't think they even cared that I withdrew my account. They seem perfectly happy to run the bank into the ground and watch people leave.

I am very pleased with the Signal Mtn branch of FHB. I'm a long term customer and the staff here has assisted me with both simple requests and more complex business banking requests. If I ever have a question, I can give them a call at this local office for personalized and live service.

Fantastic all around. Bank manager we worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find answers to our questions. She helped us establish our online accounts while in the bank to ensure they were properly working. We had questions about local resources such as estate planning services, which she researched sans followed up with us that day. It’s clear they care about the customer and want to establish a long term relationship.
