Don't expect to be seen as a walk in when there is literally no one in the waiting room

Very impressed.I walked in, didn't have an appointment. The Nurse Practioner helped me get signed in. She had to set up a scheduled appointment for me due to their system, it was an hour later, but she saw me immediately.I received testing, and an exam in a few minutes, all administered professionally. The diagnosis was explained well. The prescribed medications and treatment plan were communicated plainly yet thoroughly.I'm not sure how busy this place gets, I could see it getting backed up if it were very busy. My advice would be to go early, or make an appointment before you go.My overall experience was phenomenal.I would absolutely return for the professional, prompt and thorough care.Thank you to them.

Utterly incompetent. Seven months later I'm still dealing with billing issues over a flu shot because the NP couldn't file simple insurance correctly.

My experience with the Minute Clinic has always been positive. I know it may take a while to be seen but the care received is excellent. Jennifer Ingram, NP is caring and very knowledgeable. If she is working when you go in, you can be sure that you will receive the best attention and care. She goes out of her way to care for her patients. Thank you, Jennifer for what you do!

They need to tell you when you make the appointment that a PARENT has to be with you. You can get Covid tested at 16, and nowhere on the website when I made the appointment for my 16 year old did it say that you have to be 18 to go alone to the other appointments. My daughter is SICK, and got out of school early for this appointment. I could not leave work. She waited 40 minutes to be told she had to leave for not having a parent with her. As soon as I entered her birthdate they could have a notice come up. That would save a lot of people time, money, class time, not to mention she is SICK and now has to find another place to go, and a parent or legal guardian to take her (not grandparents). Their kiosk system is also a joke and customer service is horrible. She was crying and trying to make another appointment but the kiosk kept glitching. How hard would it be for the nurse to have some compassion and just look up if they had any later openings that day???? Rude and ridiculous.

Worst place ever, please save your time and money and go somewhere else. I mean Minuteclinc in general, I went to 2 different locations and still didn't get treated right( 3 visits). A 30 min at decent place was enough to get me the right treatment and cost less than the 3 visits

Went to get tested Sunday morning for strep since I developed white patches on my throat Saturday and the lady informed me she wouldn’t test me that I needed tested for covid (which I had already been tested and was negative) so today I got tested at a different place today and tested positive for strep so in my opinion that put a delay in me receiving my care and I don’t appreciate that! I think it’s sad the world is so stuck on covid that you’re not treating your patients for any thing other than oh it must be covid.

Not happy about my experience today! I scheduled an appointment online for this morning for my sick 5 year old. We arrived 20 minutes before our appt time. We waited 40 minutes, then the board showed we were next. The NP called the patient on the board after us!!! Then told us we'd be next. What??? We've now waited an additional 20 minutes amd haven't been called back yet! What exactly is the point of registering online and making an appt when the NP is going to randomly pick people to see regardless of where they are in the queue?? Very unhappy!

Very poor time management on the part of the nurse on duty. We waited almost an hour with no other patients in line while the nurse made phone calls.

I've gone twice, the first was with an appointment during the weekday in the morning and I got in as soon as I walked into the store. The practitioner was wonderful and figured out was was wrong quickly. Got out of there without a hitch. Second time I had to bring my son in on a Friday, I made sure to go early and didn't make an appointment. We waited an hour (which was fine because I didn't make an appointment). This practitioner was also incredibly friendly and thorough. Figured out what was wrong with my son and ruled out my worries.

I would give it a negative star if possible. Did online registration and showed up on time but couldn't put my confirmation code into kiosk because of the two in front of me using the kiosk. My name was at the top of the list with 0 time left. One woman was already waiting. When I was finally able to enter my registration code, there were 4 names added behind mine. Kiosk showed I had a 53 minute wait and then changed to 73 minute wait. WTH? Nurse came out and called the woman's name who had JUST taken 10 minutes to enter her info. I told her my name was next in the kiosk she told me it didn't matter I would still have to wait after the people who had just signed in. I said “Then what's the point in having online registration to secure an appointment time?†Waist of time. Can't even call the company to complain. I rarely shop there anyway and all the more reason to never use this service. I'll see my practitioner in the a.m.

With the flu, strep, and stomach bugs being so bad right now, you would think they would have 2 practitioners, nope. We waited nearly three hours. That's rediculous when you have someone with the flu that needs to be in bed. Crazy! We should have just gone to our Doctor.

What's not to like? There was no line, I got treated quickly, and the nurse was courteous and professional.
