By far the best experience I've had with any kind of storage companies. The manager Sherry was extremely helpful and kind. Definitely coming back to this one if I need storage again. And really, someone should give her a raise, a promotion, or both. Definitely made the experience a lot easier to deal with

My unit was completely infested with rat droppings and urine. Also found a dead rat in my unit. There was no food in my unit. All of my possessions (including many boxes of textbooks and furniture) are ruined and the insurance policy will only cover $250 minus a $100 deductible.
