Wake up on a Saturday morning with no internet. Tried the only number that says open on Saturday and can’t get anyone. Pretty ridiculous to pay 100 a month and 0 customer service and tech support. Good job DTC.

I guess if you're the only internet provider for rural areas you feel as if you can get away with providing garbage service and constant outages.

I have wifi through dtc. It is high speed and they have excellent customer service. I haven’t had any issues. Lot better than Comcast.

Extremely inconsistent. I pay for 1 gig internet and rarely get over 10 mbps. Called a guy out to look at it, and his computer showed 1100mbps, which is garbage. I'm pretty sure he unthrottled me when he got here and throtted me when he left.

Nice staff, average service speeds, but now sneaking in excess fees and charges. "Pay late?" If you have phone and internet-you get charged TWO late fees. After their CEO's whiney update about increases in rates due to channel providers putting up their costs and making them take channels they don't want..guess more of these obnoxious hidden fees will start appearing. Shame there is no alternative service around here...but then DTC know that and can get away with it.

Same issues with Cable and Internet..They say it's better but not at all!! 4 G is not 4 G..Comcast here come and all of my neighbors to!!!Ps.When you get tech support there reply is unplug and restart..They need a better excuse"'''

Typical small town dsl provider. Service is slow and unreliable, call teck support and the only thing they can offer is to turn it off and back on again. I mean seriously... What decade do we live in?
