The car wash stopped in the middle of washing my truck leaving it covered in soap. I'm glad wash n roll was right down the street

There was a lot of soap still on my truck and the front didn't even look like it had been touched. Spent $11 just to have to go home and wash it by hand!

I pushed the button for the $11.00 Supreme wash..and got charged $55.00. Can't even get a hold of anyone to get this corrected . No phone number..nothing ,or no no way to contact someone!!
